Carbon monoxide detector not required – all appliances are electric.
Smoke alarm installed and operational.
Pets on property:
Ronnie, our English Springer Spaniel, lives on-site.
He is friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved.
Parking:
No parking directly on the retreat property.
Parking is available next to the Luxurious Villa – drive up the driveway and park outside the main house.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Flexible refund policy (as per Airbnb terms):
Full refund for cancellations made at least 1 day before check-in.
Cancellations within 1 day of check-in will incur a charge for 1 night.
If a guest cancels during their stay, 1 additional night will be charged and the remainder refunded.
